Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) with the exception of holidays.

Shipping Options:

Give Me Gems LLC distributes from the United States beginning at $4.00 USD and up to $30.00 USD (varying based on destination). The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. All shipments will be sent via USPS. Please note: All orders are sent as a tracked package. *See terms and conditions for USPS for additional information regarding purchasing extra coverage.

Tracking Numbers:

We provide delivery confirmation so you can track your packages. Once the shipper shows your package has been delivered to your location, neither the Postal Service or our company is responsible if the package is lost, stolen or misplaced. For tracking numbers and other details, log in and view your account details.

Delivery:

If your package is lost, and the carrier cannot provide delivery confirmation, we will send a replacement order at no cost to you. If the carrier has proof of delivery, but you did not receive your package, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. This guarantee does not cover replacement of items damaged by incorrect handling or carelessness.

Damaged Packages:

Should a package be damaged in transit, the original shipping box must be kept and available for inspection. Contact our Customer Service department at (856) 733-4661 or email info@givemegems.shop within 5 days of receipt.
